Lots of goodies for breakfast. Brand-new unit with 2 full beds and bathroom, for instance.

We had a great stay at the Fox Valley Inn. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite some negative reviews, we did not encounter any issues with bugs or cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The fact that they meet the online price that we had for the few weeks we were there.
the fact that we had to keep asking for towels every time they cleaned the room.

Great service offered, brand-new and a nice size room with 2 full beds as well as bathroom. Location not far from the Chicago Premium Outlet mall and about 2 outlets and shopping and eating places, restaurants, and more.
Wi-Fi was low.

Convenient location near outlet shopping and riverpark. Good value, easy late check-in, helpful staff. Adjacent restaurant serves great breakfast. Ample parking and quick check-out.
Not one thing.

It was definitely a cost-based decision and that definitely was true. It wasn't the nicest hotel but I didn't worry about cleanliness or anything.
Again, not very classy or nice.

The location of this hotel was convenient for our family, close to a river park and a nice restaurant. The staff was friendly during our late check-in. Although the bathroom sink stopper didn't work, the room was clean and the towels were plentiful. We enjoyed the affordable price and were pleased with the amenities, including a swimming pool and a whirlpool bathtub.
The cleanliness of the room could have been improved.

Nothing really stood out about the hotel. It was recommeded to me for the location and fair price. The staff did not say much..just hi and bye. The accomendations were average to below average. I did not have a refrigerator or microwave, so the money I could have saved by staying there was spent on the local restaurants..
I did not like the fact that the rooms did not have a microwave and refrigerator..The hall way carpet has clearly outlasted its usefullness and retained a foul oder. I did not like the fact that there was only one courtesey business computer available.

It was quiet and we could rest well during our trip

The hotel was reasonably priced and had a nice lounge and a large outdoor swimming pool. It was conveniently located right off the interstate and was close to a premier outlet mall. The staff were friendly and kept a close eye on the safety of the guests.
Although the rooms were clean, they were outdated and there was no room service. The reception area and hallways could have been cleaner, and there were limited TV channels available.

Location was very good for our needs. Price is best around this area.
Though the room didn't smell like smoke and there were "no smoking" signs on every door, the the hallways reeked of smoke. Little skimpy on the towels, few and small.

The price was reasonable, the room was clean, easy access off the interstate.
The toilet was plugged when we checked in, unfourtunatly we didn't find out till the next morning when we tried to use it.This is a older hotel in need of a facelift.
